The Table +/- by gOO arquitectos, a design studio based in Mexico and founded by Alfredo Nader Mena and Alejandro Nuñez Alfaro, is a piece of modular furniture that interlocks in a unique way. In place of common notches, two of the tables connect via negative space. This is made possible due to their G-like shape that can be flipped over in just about any direction in order to accommodate different needs and wants.
Made out of solid wood obtained from construction sites, the Table +/- by gOO arquitectos can be used alone or with another table. Whether the surface is extended length-wise or width-wise, it provides a sophisticated tabletop to gather around. Although it was created to be a table, it is rigid enough to be used as a bench as well.
